Constructive tool(ཕན་ཐོག་ཅན་གྱི་ལག་ཆས།)

It refers to those tools which helps to construct their own knowledge or visualizing students understanding. It is mainly used for the manipulation of information and the students use technology tools to connect new information to their prior knowledge rather than passively receive information.


Examples: Ms. Word, spreadsheet and PowerPoint, Concept mapping, Desktop publishing program, Camtesia studio, Goggle classroom and class Dojo.

It helps to enhance creativity and thinking skills, showcase or exhibit the learning product of using learning resources of using resources of world. It allows the learners to brainstorm and visualize the relation of the understanding the concepts. More over it encourage learners to manipulate their own ideas and information and enhance drill and practice. 

How it is integrated in the process of teaching and learning:

  • with the construction of simulation lesson using PowerPoint in teaching and learning.
  • Desktop publish program to organize and present the ideas in attractive format.
  • Create own simple webpage using Google site, and communicate the ideas and share to the world.
  • Using application software in the process of teaching and learning.
