It refers to the repository of content or information. information tools can be text, video, image, graphics and animation.

 Example of informative tools are, social media apps, Internets, Encyclopedia, books, journals, articles .etc.,

It encourages learner to analyze the information and expand knowledge and critical thinking which provides learners to evaluate the resources on internet relevancy.  informative tools are applications that provide large amounts of information in various formats.

With the help of this informative tools, it encourage learner to explore, it provides opportunities for learners to analyze the information and evaluate the resources on internets and more over it expand the knowledge  and enhance the learners critical thinking. Thus it creates the teaching and learning environment more engaging and effective one. But it is also important to know how to integrate those tools; teacher must know how to provide informative tools at the beginning/during/after the activity as per the relevancy and lesson organization.
